General Questions

What size storage containers do you offer?
We currently offer 8’ × 16’ portable storage containers, providing plenty of room for furniture, household belongings, business inventory, tools, equipment, and building materials.
How long can I keep my container?
Rent month-to-month with a one-month minimum.

Whether you need your container for one month or several years, simply continue your monthly rental until you’re ready for pickup.

Can I rent more than one container?
Absolutely.
Whether you need additional storage for your home, business, or construction project, we’ll help determine the best solution for your needs.
What can I store in my container?
Our containers are commonly used for furniture, household belongings, business inventory, tools, equipment, building materials, seasonal items, and much more.

Pricing & Billing

What does my first payment include?
Your first payment includes:

  • Your first month’s rental
  • Delivery
  • Pickup

After your first month, you’ll only pay the monthly rental unless additional services are requested.

Are there any hidden fees?
No.
We believe in transparent pricing. Before your container is delivered, you’ll know exactly what your rental will cost.
What if I live outside your standard service area?
No problem.
We’ll calculate your delivery and pickup pricing based on distance and provide your total cost before scheduling your rental.
How do I pay?
We’ll send your rental agreement and payment information electronically before delivery, making the process simple and convenient.

Delivery & Pickup

How quickly can my container be delivered?
Depending on availability, we can often deliver your container the same day or within just a few days.
If you have a specific timeline, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
Not always.

If we know exactly where you’d like your container placed, we can often complete the delivery while you’re away. We’ll document the delivery with photos and send everything electronically for your review.

If you’d prefer to be there, we’re happy to coordinate a delivery time that works for your schedule.

Where can my container be placed?
We’ll work with you to place your container in a location that’s safe, accessible, and convenient for your property.
Can you move my container after it's been delivered?
Yes. If you need your container relocated on your property or transported to another approved location, we may be able to help. Every move is a little different, so give our local team a call to discuss the details. We’ll review the container’s location, destination, access, and how it’s loaded to determine the safest way to complete the move.
What happens when I’m finished with my rental?
Simply give us a call.

We’ll schedule a pickup that works with your timeline and take care of the rest.

Using Your Container

Can I access my container whenever I want?
Absolutely.

Because your container stays on your property, you have access whenever it’s convenient for you.

Can I lock my container?
Yes.

We recommend keeping your container locked whenever it isn’t being accessed.

What if my project takes longer than expected?
No problem.

Continue your month-to-month rental until you’re ready for pickup.

We understand that projects don’t always go according to plan.

Are the containers weather resistant?
Yes.

Our containers are built to help protect your belongings from the elements throughout your rental.
